We use your information to process your application to Multiverse, manage your account, personalise your use of the website, check your eligibility for our apprenticeships, and match you to apprenticeship opportunities. If you are successful in being accepted on to a Multiverse apprenticeship, your information will also be used to invite you to join the Multiverse Community Hub.

We’ll always process and store your personal data securely and confidentially. We’ll only share it with trusted organisations which we’ve made you aware of in advance, and we’ll never pass your personal data to other companies for marketing purposes.

We'll contact you by phone and email to keep you updated about the status of your Multiverse application, and to let you know about relevant apprenticeship opportunities.

You can’t opt out of these operational communications - they are an essential part of our service. They do not contain any marketing or promotional content, we will only send them to keep you up to date on how your application and your apprenticeship are progressing.
