Our Operations Team is looking for an engaged and enthusiastic apprentice to join the Service Desk. Within this role you will serve as a single point of contact, at an operational level, for the delivery of ‘live’ IS services to a defined customer base. You will maintain relationships with all business divisions and endeavour to meet or exceed customer expectations in the delivery of all services we support. *Your working hours will be Monday to Friday, between 8:00am and 6:00pm (maximum 8 hours per day).*
We are looking for an IT Support Analyst to join our team at Systemiq. Your role as an IT Support Analyst is to support with logging and monitoring progress of all calls to the IT service desk and work in a timely manner to fix user issues that arise.
